Our Gîte is situated 1 hour driving from A 7, Autoroute du soleil, just outside the little village of Prades on a dead end road. Built on mountain flanks at 400 meter altitude with panoramic view.
The luxury Gîte, 69 sq.mtr, is situated on the ground floor of the Bergerie. The restored vaults and stone walls give it an authentic atmosphere. Enjoy the ultimate holiday feeling with the delightful decoration, luxury bedding and the peaceful and quiet environment.
The Gîte can accommodate up to 4 people. You have a private entrance giving access to the large kitchen/living room with mountain view.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. There are two stylish bedrooms with spacious beds (master bedroom 180 X 210 and the second bedroom 180 X 200) both with a ward closet. The modern bathroom is provided with walk in shower and toilet. The second bedroom is accessible via the master bedroom. A hall gives access to both rooms and the bathroom.
Because of small steps it is not be recommended for people who are less agile.
You have a private garden of approx. 75 sq.mtr with a dinner table, parasol, comfortable seats and lounge chairs where you can enjoy throughout the day the beautiful panoramic view till the setting sun in the evening.
The Gîte is equipped with:

The Gîte is pet free and non-smoking.
