General information

  • The Gîte/ Cottage has a private entrance, living kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, modern bathroom and a garden.
  • Age from 16 years.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking in the house is not allowed.
  • Rental per week, Saturday to Saturday.
  • Arrival on Saturday from 15.00 hours to 22.00 hours, departure before 10.00 hours.

Rates

Low season: from May 30 to June 27 and from August 29 to September 12  € 650,00 per week
High season: from June 27 to August 29  € 750,00 per week

  • 1 or 2 people, the use of one bedroom per week.
  • the use of the second bedroom + € 25.00 per day.
The rental rate includes:
  • Tourist tax,
  • Use of set bed linen, set kitchen linen, set bath linen and bathrobe *
  • Wi-Fi Internet access.

*Upon renewal of the rent per week a weekly change of linen.

Rental rate excludes:
  • One -off mandatory cleaning fee € 50.00.
  • Deposit €100.00 (at the end of your stay this will be settled with any other costs incurred).
  • Enjoyed meals if any.
  • If desired, spare replacement set of bed linen per bed, € 8.00.
  • If desired, spare replacement kitchen towel set € 4.00.
  • if desired, spare replacement bath towel set € 6.50 p.p.

Dinner upon arrival (3-course) € 20.00 per person.
Breakfast 1st day after arrival € 7.50 per person.
Table d’hotes (4-course ) € 30.00 per person.
